3. Products & Print-on-Demand Fulfillment

All products are fulfilled through Printify and their network of third‑party print providers. Because items are made to order:

Product colors, textures, and placement may vary slightly

Items may ship separately

Production times may vary depending on provider workload

We do not keep physical inventory.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

Payments are processed securely through trusted third‑party payment processors (such as Stripe). We do not store or have access to your full payment information.

5. Order Processing

Once an order is placed:

It is automatically sent to Printify for production

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once production begins

Production typically takes 2–7 business days

You will receive tracking information once your order ships.

6. Shipping

Shipping is handled by Printify’s print providers. Shipping times vary by location but typically range from 3–10 business days after production.

We are not responsible for:

Delays caused by carriers

Incorrect addresses entered by the customer

Customs fees for international orders

7. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Wrong size

Buyer’s remorse

Color preference

We will replace items that arrive:

Damaged

Misprinted

Incorrect

To request a replacement, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Order number

Description of the issue

Clear photos of the problem

If Printify confirms the defect, we will send a replacement at no cost.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, graphics, and content on this site — including the Misfit Movement Co.™ branding — are the exclusive property of Misfit Movement Co.

You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Misfit Movement Co. is not liable for:

Any damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website

Delays or issues caused by third‑party providers

Losses due to incorrect customer information
