1. How long does shipping take?
All products are made to order through our print‑on‑demand partner, Printify.
Production time: 2–7 business days
Shipping time (U.S.): 3–10 business days
International: Varies by country and customs
You’ll receive tracking as soon as your order ships.
2. Why did my items arrive separately?
Because we use multiple Printify production partners, different items in your order may be printed and shipped from different locations. This means your items may arrive in separate packages.
3. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because every item is custom‑printed just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Wrong size
Buyer’s remorse
Color preference
Change of mind
Please check size charts carefully before ordering.
4. What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we will replace it free of charge.
Email us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the problem
Once Printify verifies the defect, we’ll send a replacement.
5. Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders begin production quickly, so we cannot cancel or modify orders once they enter production. Please double‑check your cart before checking out.
6. What if my package says “delivered” but I didn’t receive it?
If tracking shows delivered but you don’t have your package:
Check with neighbors
Check your mailbox or parcel locker
Wait 24–48 hours (carriers sometimes scan early)
If it still hasn’t shown up, contact us and we’ll help investigate.
7. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping times vary depending on your country and customs processing.
8. How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with:

A link to track your package
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.
