1. Order Processing Time

All products from Misfit Movement Co. are made to order through our print‑on‑demand partner, Printify.

Production Time: 2–7 business days (Depending on product type, order volume, and provider workload)

Orders begin production shortly after they are placed. Because items are custom‑made, orders cannot be changed or canceled once production has started.

2. Shipping Time

Once production is complete, your order is shipped directly from the Printify provider that fulfilled your item.

Estimated Shipping Times (U.S.):

Standard Shipping: 3–10 business days

Holidays or peak seasons: May experience additional delays

International Shipping: Times vary by country and may take longer due to customs processing.

3. Multiple Shipments

Because we use multiple Printify production partners, items in your order may:

Ship separately

Arrive on different days

Come in different packaging

You will receive tracking information for each shipment.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

Product type

Destination

Provider shipping rates

We do not control Printify’s shipping fees, but we match them accurately to ensure fair pricing.

5. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with:

Tracking number

Carrier information

Link to track your package

Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the label is created.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

Packages delivered to the wrong address

Lost packages due to incorrect customer information

If a package is returned to the print provider, we can reship it once the customer pays for new shipping.

7. Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Carriers

Weather

Customs

High seasonal volume

Printify provider backlog

We will always help you track your order and communicate with Printify if needed.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package:

Check with neighbors or your local post office

Wait 24–48 hours (sometimes carriers mark early)

If still missing, contact us at [email protected] and we will help investigate. Replacements may be issued at our discretion.

9. Damaged, Misprinted, or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

If Printify confirms the defect, we will send a free replacement.
