RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Overview

All products from Misfit Movement Co. are made to order through our print‑on‑demand partner, Printify. Because each item is custom‑printed specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect.

This policy protects both you and us from unnecessary costs and ensures fairness for all customers.

2. Non‑Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

Wrong size ordered

Buyer’s remorse

Change of mind

Color or texture preference

Items that were delivered correctly but are no longer wanted

Please check size charts and product details carefully before ordering.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives:

Damaged

Misprinted

Poorly printed

Incorrect (wrong item, wrong design, etc.)

We will replace it free of charge.

To request a replacement:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with:

Your order number

A description of the issue

Clear photos of the problem (required by Printify)

Once Printify verifies the defect, we will send a replacement at no cost.

4. Lost Packages

If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package:

Check with neighbors or your local post office

Wait 24–48 hours (carriers sometimes scan early)

If still missing, contact us and we will help investigate. Replacements may be issued at our discretion.

5. Incorrect Shipping Address

If the customer enters an incorrect or incomplete address:

We are not responsible for lost packages

If the package is returned to the print provider, we can reship it once the customer pays for new shipping

Please double‑check your address before submitting your order.

6. Order Cancellations

Because items begin production quickly, orders cannot be canceled or changed once they enter production.

7. Refunds

Refunds are only issued if:

A replacement cannot be produced

Printify confirms a defect and a refund is the appropriate resolution

A package is lost and cannot be recovered

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
