Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–7 business days. Every item is made‑to‑order through our production partner, Printify, which allows us to offer fresh, high‑quality products without mass production.

Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

If we experience unusually high order volume, processing times may be extended by a few days. We appreciate your patience.


Shipping Times

Once your order has been produced and shipped, delivery typically takes:

  • United States: 3–10 business days

  • Canada: 7–15 business days

  • International: 10–30 business days

Shipping times may vary depending on the print provider, destination, and carrier delays outside our control.


Multiple Shipments

Because our products are made by different Printify production partners, items in your order may ship separately. You will receive a tracking number for each shipment.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the products in your order. We keep our shipping prices as simple and affordable as possible.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.


Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, we cannot guarantee delivery. If the package is returned to the print provider, reshipment costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Misfit Movement Co is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by carriers

  • Packages marked “delivered” but not received

  • Packages lost due to incorrect addresses

If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

International Customs & Fees

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.
